Returns Policy
We hope you love your order. If not, we're happy to accept returns within 30 days of you receiving your item.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and unworn.
- Be in the same condition you received it.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be returned in its original packaging where possible.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt).
How to Return an Item
- Complete and print the Returns Form.
- Package your item(s) securely to avoid damage during transit.
- Include a copy of the completed Returns Form inside your parcel.

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is faulty, damaged, or you've received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@dippy.store so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Where an item is confirmed to be faulty or supplied incorrectly, we will also reimburse your reasonable return postage costs.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different size or colour, the quickest option is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and display the refund.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless your order was faulty or sent in error.
