Shipping Information

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding UK Bank Holidays). We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of being placed. Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be emailed so you can follow its progress.

UK Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: £3.99 (including Isle of Man and Channel Islands) – Royal Mail Tracked 48

  • Express Shipping: £5.99 (including Isle of Man and Channel Islands) – Royal Mail Tracked 24

Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is automatically applied to all UK orders over £50.

International Shipping

Shipping costs for international orders are calculated based on the weight of the parcel. All orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed.

Canada

  • Up to 499g: $26.95

  • 500g – 1kg: $38.50

European Union

  • Up to 499g: £11.00

  • 500g – 1kg: £13.00

Norway & Switzerland

  • Up to 499g: £16.50

  • 500g – 1kg: £25.00

Australia & New Zealand

  • Up to 499g: £13.00

  • 500g – 1kg: £15.00

Please note that in some countries, tracking information may not be available once the parcel has left the UK.

Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed aims to deliver worldwide within 5–7 working days.

Duties & Taxes

All prices shown on our website include UK VAT at 20%. VAT is not charged on orders shipped outside the UK.

Orders delivered outside the UK (including the Channel Islands) are sent duty and tax unpaid. You may be required to pay import duties, taxes, or handling fees when your order arrives in your country. Customs clearance may cause delays until these charges are paid.
